The course
Five days, with practical sessions every afternoon.
The Advanced Course in Facial Aesthetics does not alternate theory and practice across different weeks: it combines them on the same day. Anatomy and pharmacology in the morning; practical sessions on real patients in the afternoon, under supervision. From Monday to Friday, for five days, in St Julian’s, Malta.
The method emphasises two things: clinical safety and aesthetic precision. The stated aim is to achieve comprehensive expertise in facial rejuvenation, with ultrasound included to assist with guided procedures.
Maximum 30 participants. 5 CFU university credits.

- Treatment of forehead, glabellar and periocular wrinkles (crow’s feet)
- Practical session: marking reference points and injections on anatomical models or patients, under supervision
- What are concentrated growth factors and how are they used in clinical practice
- State-of-the-art techniques for isolating growth factors
- PRP/PRF and albumin gel, use of the centrifuge, areas of application
- Identification of suitable sites and anatomical assessment
