The Master 60 and the Perfezionamento 12 are two alternatives, not two consecutive levels. They differ in terms of university, credits, structure and entry requirements: comparing them will help you work out which one best suits your existing qualifications and your career goals.
For both programmes, you’ll study online from your home country and travel to Italy for the final weekend: in-person practical sessions, the final exam and an international networking dinner organised by AMI. For each option, you’ll also find clear details of the universities involved, CFU credits, target audience and entry requirements.

Are Master 60 and Perfezionamento 12 two consecutive levels?
No. They are two separate university programmes, each with different institutions, credits and entry requirements. It is not necessary to complete one programme in order to automatically gain entry to the other.
Is the training course held entirely online?
Yes. You follow the online training from your own country via the AMI platform. You only need to travel to Italy for the final weekend of the course.
What happens during the final weekend in Italy?
The final weekend includes face-to-face sessions, a final exam and a networking dinner organised by AMI with doctors from various countries.
Which universities are involved?
Master 60 is the Italian Level II Master in Aesthetic Facial Medicine at Link Campus University in Rome, and comprises 60 CFU. Perfezionamento 12 is the advanced course in Aesthetic Facial Medicine at the ‘G. d’Annunzio’ University of Chieti-Pescara and comprises 12 CFU.
Can I apply with a qualification obtained abroad?
Admission depends on the programme requirements and an assessment of your qualifications. Please contact AMI, stating the country in which you obtained your degree: you will then receive the information you need to verify your profile.
