The course
The complete arch, in a single protocol.
The Advanced Course is Level 2 · ADVANCED of the programme: it covers implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation of the completely edentulous arch — or one with irreparably compromised dentition — using the immediate loading protocol.
The entire clinical pathway is covered: diagnosis of the edentulous patient, digital planning, biomechanics of immediate loading, surgery with angled implants and delivery of the temporary prosthesis.
Entry requires a Basic Course certificate. The certificate for this level grants access to Level 3 · GATE, the anatomical dissection on a cadaver.

- Phase 1 · online theory: diagnosis, digital planning, biomechanics of immediate loading, All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols, with a final test
- Phase 2 · practical work on models: digital planning, design of the surgical guide, simulation of 4 and 6 angled implants
- Phase 3 · complete patient rehabilitation case, from surgery to the delivery of the temporary prosthesis

Practical programme
- On models: comprehensive digital planning, simulation of 4- and 6-implant cases, attachment of the temporary prosthesis
- On a patient: a complete All-on-4 or All-on-6 case with the speakers, followed by a group discussion

Why this course
The complete case, not just a single procedure — From the initial consultation to the delivery of the temporary prosthesis: the course covers the entire case, including the stages that are usually omitted from surgical courses.
Digital technology as a tool, not a subject — The workflow from CT scan to surgical guide is learnt for practical application, not for theoretical explanation: planning, template design, simulation of angled implants.
Tilted implants instead of grafts — Tilted posterior implants make it possible to avoid regenerative procedures in some cases. The course outlines their indications and limitations.
Complications are studied in advance — A module of the theoretical programme is dedicated to the management of full-arch complications: the part that is learnt too late – and at the patient’s expense – if not addressed in the classroom.

Assessment and certification
Assessment and certification
The assessment consists of three parts: the theory test at the end of the online phase, the practical assessment during the sessions, and the presentation of a clinical case followed by a final discussion.
Upon completion, AMI issues the ALL-ON-4/6 ADVANCED COURSE certificate, which is a prerequisite for Level 3 · GATE.
